Generally we send out an email once a week, which will list things that members have come up with to do, including whatever necessary info - what / when / where / how much / contact info, etc. And of course people will put out feelers, to see if anyone is up for something that they would like to do. Events typically aren't over-organized - in other words, we know what and where, but tend to figure out the details as we go. It's adventure, after all!
